Pricing and Insurance
We currently accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage (PPOs only, Out of Network**), TRICARE (registered out of network), Gulf Coast Provider Network through Meritain (SMH Employees), and World Trade Center Fund. Our current self pay rate is $185/initial session and $165/additional sessions. Sliding fee scale may be available to those expressing a financial need. We will help you use any out of network benefits that you may have.

Getting Started
We know it can be difficult to take that first step, and we are here to help. Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond within 24 business hours. We will provide the basic information you need to know about our practice and ask questions to ensure we are the right fit for your needs. If we are the right fit for you, we will begin the intake process. You will complete the intake and receive a link to our patient portal. Your provider will then reach out to schedule your appointment.
