Support for Elders and Caregivers

Caring for an aging loved one is a journey of deep love, but it can also be very tiring. We offer a safe space to talk about the joys and the heavy parts of caregiving.

Experienced Care

With years of experience providing support to older adults and their families, ALW Counseling is here to help you on your path. We not only provide the counseling support you need but also coordinate with community resources to help you or your loved one age in place or know their best options for care. You don't have to fear the road ahead.

Common Concerns

Many people come to us feeling caregiver burnout, guilt, or sadness about health changes. You might feel lonely in your role or unsure how to handle the new needs of your loved one.

How Therapy Helps

We work together to build practical coping skills and find small ways to care for yourself. Therapy provides a hopeful and gentle space to process transitions and find strength in your aging or caregiving journey.
